INGREDIENTS
· 8 oz. Pine River Jalapeno Cold Pack Cheese Spread
· 2 Lbs. Frozen Tator Tots
· 1 Lb. Ground Beef
· Black Olives
· Spoonful of Salsa
· 8 oz. Sour Cream
· 8 oz. Guacamole
· 3 Scallions, green and white parts chopped
· Jalapenos (optional)
DIRECTIONS
-Cook tater tots – follow instructions on package.
-While tater tots are baking, brown the beef in large skillet on med-high heat. Once thoroughly cooked, add taco seasoning and water, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
-Once tater tots are brown and crispy, serve them in a bowl and top with taco meat, Pine River Cheese Spread*, black olives, spoonful of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa, and finish off with the scallions and jalapenos.
*Recommended flavors are Jalapeno, Pepper Jack, or Sharp Cheddar.
