Pepper Jack Crustless Quiche

8 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
7oz cup Pine River Pepper Jack Cheese Spread
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet mini bell peppers
Heat oven to 350°F.
Scoop Pepper Jack Cheese Spread into microwave-safe dish and heat in microwave until melted (about 50 sec).
Whisk the melted cheese spread, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in the ham, bell peppers, and green onions.
Pour in a greased 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until center is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
