Port Wine Crostini

INGREDIENTS
1 container (8 ounces) Pine River Port Wine Cold Pack cheese
24 slices toasted French bread baguette or crostini
1 medium mango, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
Fresh raspberries
Honey, warmed
Chopped pistachios
DIRECTIONS
1. Pipe or spread port wine cheese onto toasts. Top each with a mango slice and a raspberry. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with pistachios.
