Port Wine Crostini

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 container (8 ounces) Pine River Port Wine Cold Pack cheese

  • 24 slices toasted French bread baguette or crostini

  • 1 medium mango, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Honey, warmed

  • Chopped pistachios


DIRECTIONS

1. Pipe or spread port wine cheese onto toasts. Top each with a mango slice and a raspberry. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with pistachios.
