Kickin' Mango Shrimp Tacos

INGREDIENTS
1–1 1/2 lbs shrimp – peeled, deveined, and tails removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper
3/4 c Pine River Kickin Mango Cheese Spread
1 tablespoon butter – for frying
4 medium sized flour tortillas (6 small)
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/2 c chopped green onion
1 tablespoon diced fresh jalapeno
Fresh mango diced – optional
Cilantro Lime Sauce
1 c sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 c cilantro
1/2 c chopped green onions
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice – 2 limes
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender pulse all cilantro lime sauce ingredients together until blended and smooth, put in a small bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl mix together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl toss shrimp with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook shrimp about 1–2 minutes per side, until opaque and pink.
In a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat warm both sides of the tortillas.
Spread mango cheese spread over the inside of each tortilla. On top of cheese spread in the middle of each tortilla layer with the cabbage, green onions, jalapenos, fresh mango, shrimp, sprinkle with cilantro and drizzle with sauce and fold.
