RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This refund Policy identifies Pine River Pre-Pack, Inc’s (“Pine River” or “we” or “us”) policies relating to refunds, order changes and order cancellations.  We strive to have the highest quality products and superior customer service.  However, because our products are perishable food items, we have a limited refund policy.

 

BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS REFUND POLICY APPLY AND YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.  PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY.

 

1: RETURNS

Pine River Pre-Pack does not accept any returns on food products.  

 

2: ORDER CHANGES

In stock product orders may only be changed before they are shipped, but this may delay the ship date.  Customers must telephone us directly during our business hours to discuss and confirm order changes to in stock product orders.  Private label or special orders may only be changed before production commences.

 

3: ORDER CANCELLATIONS

In stock product orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.  Customers must telephone us directly during business hours to discuss and confirm the cancellation of in stock product orders.  Private label or special orders cannot be cancelled once production commences.

 

4: UPDATES

From time to time, and at any time, this Refund Policy may be revised or changed at the discretions of Pine River.  By placing an order, you are agreeing to any such revisions or changes in effect at the time you place your order.  Therefore, you should review this Refund Policy prior to placing an order to become familiar with our applicable policies and practices.
