
DELIVERY POLICY
This Delivery Policy identifies Pine River Pre-Pack, Inc.’s (“Pine River” or “we” or “us”) policies relating to the delivery of our products.
BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS DELIVERY POLICY APPLY AND YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS DELIVERY POLICY CAREFULLY.
1: TURNAROUND
All in stock product orders are shipped within 1-5 working days Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, depending on location and transit time.
2: CARRIERS
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

UPS
- Various 3rd party Trucking Companies for large orders
- United States Postal Service
3: ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you can request your tracking # by calling 800-722-4217 ext 111 or emailing pineriver@pineriver.com. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers
4: SHIPPING RATES
4a: Fundraising orders
For fund raising orders, the rate charged for the shipping is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
4b: Online Orders
For online orders, before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. At that time you can make the decision to place your order or not.
4c: Increased Rates
During warmer times of the year, certain products require ice and coolers that are an additional charge, which may increase the shipping rates.
5: BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
6: ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY
Due to the inherent temperature sensitivity of some of Pine River’s products (cold packs and chocolates), precautions must be made in the packaging components used in shipping. Based on certain criteria including but not limited to, the time of the year, weather, location of the delivery, etc., Pine River will determine the proper shipping method and packaging of the product. Typically this entails using an ice filled cooler at an additional cost. It will be the responsibility of Pine River to have the product shipped and arrive at the destination within temperature specifications.
a. The customer has the ability to forego the automatic addition of the cooler and ice to their order but will assume the liability for the products temperature and wholesomeness during transit.
b. The customer will need to contact Pine River via mail, fax, email, or over the phone expressing their wishes to cancel the cooler and ice. Information that Pine River will require is the date, name, and order number or description before we will ship it.
c. Pine River assumes the liability for the product when shipped using Pine River’s prescribed method.
7: UPDATES
From time to time, and at any time, this Delivery Policy may be revised or changed. By placing an order, you are agreeing to any such revisions or changes in effect at the time you place your order. Therefore, you should review this Delivery Policy prior to placing an order to become familiar with our applicable policies and practices.
