Our chocolates have won fifteen Seal of
Excellence Awards at the Wisconsin State Fair since 1987.
These awards are based on consumer taste test conducted during the fair
by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. Our milk chocolate is artfully
tempered to achieve a velvety texture. We make our own vanilla caramel
from scratch using wisconsin cram and real vanilla extract.
